# QR Wait pricing

No subscription: QR Wait is paid per queue entry, with prepaid ticket packs that never expire. Prices as on https://qrwait.app/pricing today (they are set in the payment provider and read from there).

## Plans

- Free: the first 250 tickets, once, when an account is created. No credit card.
- Starter: 1,000 tickets for $19 ($19.00 per 1,000)
- Business: 3,000 tickets for $49 ($16.33 per 1,000)
- Season: 20,000 tickets for $199 ($9.95 per 1,000)
- Enterprise: from $399 for 50,000 tickets, or more tickets at the same rate ($7.98 per 1,000; pay what you want above the minimum)

In Turkey the packs are sold in Turkish lira (KDV/VAT included):
- Başlangıç: 1,000 tickets for 990 TL (990 TL per 1,000)
- İşletme: 3,000 tickets for 2.490 TL (830 TL per 1,000)
- Sezon: 20,000 tickets for 9.990 TL (500 TL per 1,000)
- Kurumsal: from 19.990 TL for 50,000 tickets, or more tickets at the same rate (400 TL per 1,000; pay what you want above the minimum)

## How it works

- 1 ticket = 1 new entry in a queue (a QR scan, a kiosk number or one an attendant adds), however many people are in the group. The same phone opening the page again uses no ticket; an appointment cancelled before its time gives its ticket back.
- Packs are one-time payments, not a subscription. Tickets never expire while the account is open, and packs stack.
- No monthly fee, no SMS credits, no per-location fee. One ticket balance serves all of an account's queues and locations.
- Every pack has every feature: kiosk tablet with receipt printer, TV display that reads calls aloud, appointments, team roles, API keys and webhooks, the business's own domain.
- Running out: after a first purchase, queues keep running down to 100 tickets below zero, taken from the next pack; then (or at zero without a purchase) queues stop taking new people, existing entries stay.
- Payment by card through Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record, sends the invoice). Prices include VAT or sales tax where it applies.
- Refunds: a completely unused pack within 14 days of purchase. Partly used packs and free tickets aren't refunded.
